Gdańsk combines Baltic charm with centuries of history. The xstmas market here offers a unique blend of Polish and European traditions, making it one of the best Christmas markets in Europe. Visitors can stroll among hundreds of wooden stalls, admire festive decorations, and warm up with a mug of grzaniec (Polish mulled wine).

A record 222 stalls now fill the city centre, turning the Old Town into a festive maze that drew early crowds of locals and tourists.

The heart of the market stretches from the port city’s historic Great Armory to its former prison, where wooden huts spill light and color into its historic streets.
