KATSEYE is stepping boldly into a new era. The global girl group — Sophia Laforteza, Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel and Yoonchae Jeung — has released its latest single “Animal” along with a cinematic, high-energy music video that dropped on Friday, July 24.

The “Animal” video brings the flirtatious pop track to life by showcasing the members shifting between polished, feminine personas and bold, masculine energy. The narrative spirals into controlled chaos inside a wardrobe closet, where the group frantically assembles outfits under the sharp, observant eye of Demi Moore.
Moore eventually declares it’s time to “get wild,” triggering a transformation: tailored suits morph into sparkling performance outfits, and KATSEYE launches into their signature choreography.
The chorus captures the song’s theme of hidden impulses and private intensity: “Nobody knows you’re outta control / But I see a side behind the closed doors… You move like an animal.”

“Animal” was co-written by Ed Sheeran, adding another layer of star power to the release. According to the group’s press statement, the track explores the tension between the curated versions of ourselves and the uninhibited energy that emerges away from public view.
The single will appear on KATSEYE’s upcoming EP WILD, set for release on August 14, following their 2025 project BEAUTIFUL CHAOS.
